New quality productivity demands innovative talents in terms of technology and innovation capabilities,interdisciplinary and international perspectives,lifelong learning,and social responsibility.Currently,universities have achieved significant results in cultivating innovative talents,but still face challenges such as adapting education to new quality productivity,and insufficient interdisciplinary integration and practical teaching.To address these challenges,the article proposes strategies such as strengthening research foundations,innovating training models,and adjusting disciplinary layouts,in order to create a talent pool with innovative spirit and practical ability,meet the development needs of new quality productivity,and highlight the development characteristics of universities.
