Construction of Quality System for On-the-Job Internship of Tourism Foreign Language Majors in Higher Vocational Education Based on GROW Model
With the booming development of the global tourism industry,the internationalization trend of tourism vocational education is becoming increasingly evident,and the demand for tourism foreign language professionals is also rapidly increasing.As a key component of talent cultivation for tourism foreign language majors in vocational colleges,on-the-job internships are not only an important way for students to transform theoretical knowledge into practical skills,but also a crucial stage in cultivating their cross-cultural communication abilities,professional ethics,and international competitiveness.However,the current management of on-the-job internships faces many challenges,such as unclear internship goals,insufficient internship environment and resources,single internship plans,and inadequate monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.To effectively address the above challenges,this study explores the potential application of the GROW model in the quality management of on-the-job internships in tourism foreign language majors,aiming to build a scientific,systematic,and efficient quality management system for on-the-job internships.
