Construction of Cultivation Model for Literacy and Skills of Medical Graduate Students in Colleges and Universities
In medical education,the cultivation of digital literacy and skills has become a key element in promoting academic and clinical practice innovation.With the advancement of digital transformation in the medical field,medical graduate students must possess digital skills to cope with increasingly complex medical and research needs.Starting from the analysis of digital literacy and skill requirements,this article explores in detail the core digital literacy and skills that medical graduate students should possess.It further proposes a training model design that includes a digital curriculum system,the application of virtual reality and simulators,and the integration of diversified teaching resources.Effective implementation paths and strategies are proposed from the aspects of adopting phased implementation strategies,internal and external cooperation,and building a teaching practice model that combines online and offline methods.
