摘要

"传帮带"作为一种以老带新、简便有效的培养方法,在研究生培养中发挥着重要作用,并与其他研究生培养模式相互补充、相互促进.然而在实际应用中,"传帮带"模式存在一些问题.为此,文章聚焦"传帮带"模式,系统分析其存在的问题及不足,并基于此提出了研究生培养过程中的"传帮带"闭环管理模式,旨在发挥"传帮带"模式在研究生培养中的作用,助力培养出更具实践能力、创新思维和综合素质的研究人才.

Abstract

As a simple and effective method of training,"teaching,helping and guiding"plays an important role in graduate education and complements and promotes other graduate education models.However,in practical applications,the"teaching,helping and guiding"model has some problems.To this end,the article focuses on the"teaching,helping and guiding"model,systematically analyzes its existing problems and shortcomings,and proposes a closed-loop management model for the"teaching,helping and guiding"process of graduate education based on this,aiming to improve the role of the"teaching,helping and guiding"model in graduate education and help cultivate more practical,innovative thinking,and comprehensive quality research talents.
