基于产教融合的集成电路学科教学改革研究——以北航集成电路科学与工程学院为例

随着我国对高端集成电路人才需求日益增加,高校在学科建设、人才培养、科研创新等方面进行改革。文章基于北京航空航天大学集成电路科学与工程学院的综合改革实践,探讨在产教融合背景下推进综合改革的目标、思路、现状、路径与举措。从坚持党的全面领导、学科布局优化、师资队伍建设、科研创新管理以及国际合作等维度,分析了学院在推动高质量发展过程中形成的改革路径。北航集成电路学院的综合改革为国内其他高校提供了可借鉴的经验,为促进集成电路领域的自主创新与可持续发展提供了理论支持和实践范例。
Research on Teaching Reform of Integrated Circuit Discipline Based on the Integration of Industry and Education——Taking the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Beihang University as an example
With the increasing demand for high-end integrated circuit talents in China,universities are undergoing reforms in discipline construction,talent cultivation,scientific research and innovation.Based on the comprehensive reform practice of the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Beihang University,this article explores the goals,ideas,current situation,paths,and measures for promoting comprehensive reform in the context of industry education integration.This article analyzes the reform path formed by the college in promoting high-qualit y development from the dimensions of adhering to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,optimizing the layout of disciplines,building the teaching staff,managing scientific research innovation,and international cooperation.The comprehensive reform of the School of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Beihang University provides valuable experience for other domestic universities,and provides theoretical support and practical examples for promoting independent innovation and sustainable development in the field of integrated circuits.
