摘要

问题导向教学法(Problem-Based Learning,PBL)是以学生为中心、以问题为基础的教学方法.将PBL教学法引入医学院临床实践教学,有助于培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力,提高学生的临床思维和实践技能.文章结合新乡医学院三全学院临床医学专业实践教学改革实际,探讨了 PBL教学法在临床实践教学各环节中的应用,提出了相应的实施策略,以期为医学院校临床实践教学改革提供参考.

Abstract

Problem-Based Learning(PBL)is a student-centered and problem-based teaching method.Introducing PBL teaching method into clinical practice teaching in medical schools can help cultivate students'ability to analyze and solve problems,and improve their clinical thinking and practical skills.The article combines the practical teaching reform of clinical medicine major in Sanquan College of Xinxiang Medical University,explores the application of PBL teaching method in various aspects of clinical practice teaching,and proposes corresponding implementation strategies,in order to provide reference for the reform of clinical practice teaching in medical colleges.
