摘要

目的:探讨护理临床实践教学同质化实施效果.方法:在国家一流专业建设背景下,采用教学管理同质化、教师队伍同质化、教学过程同质化、教学评价同质化等措施,在不同临床医学院和实践教学基地实施临床实践教学,评价人才培养质量.结果:临床实践教学的同质化可调动临床带教教师的教学积极性,提高其教学水平,学生对于实习过程的满意程度较高,其综合技能明显提高.结论:护理学临床实践教学同质化有利于提升人才培养质量.

Abstract

Objective:To explore the implementation effect of homogenization in nursing clinical practice teaching.Method:Under the background of national first-class professional construction,measures such as homogenization of teaching management,teacher team,teaching process,and teaching evaluation are adopted to implement clinical practice teaching in different clinical medical schools and practical teaching bases,and evaluate the quality of talent cultivation.Result:Homogenization of clinical practice teaching can stimulate the teaching enthusiasm of clinical instructors,improve their teaching level,and increase students'satisfaction with the internship process,resulting in a significant improvement in their comprehensive skills.Conclusion:Homogenization of clinical practice teaching in nursing is beneficial for improving the quality of talent cultivation.
