摘要
在全球化和信息化时代背景下,各行业对专业技能人才的要求越来越高,不仅要有扎实的专业知识,还要有跨文化交际能力和国际视野.文章旨在探讨"专创融合"视角下,高职院校如何构建学生专业素养的培养机制.文章从完善课程体系、开发跨学科课程、优化教学模式、加强师资培训等方面,提出了一套具有可行性的构建方案.这不仅能促进学生综合竞争力的提升,还有助于推动高职院校教育改革和提高人才培养质量.
Abstract
In the context of globalization and the information age,various industries have increasingly high requirements for professional skilled talents.They not only need solid professional knowledge,but also cross-cultural communication skills and international perspectives.The article aims to explore how vocational colleges can build a mechanism for students'professional competence from the perspective of"integration of specialization and innovation".The article proposes a feasible construction plan from the aspects of improving the curriculum system,developing interdisciplinary courses,optimizing teaching modes,and strengthening teacher training and nurturing.This can not only promote the improvement of students'comprehensive competitiveness,but also help promote the reform of vocational education and improve the quality of talent cultivation.
