摘要

提升高校辅导员自我效能感有助于提高其工作的稳定性、持续性,促进其专业化、职业化发展.文章在分析高校辅导员自我效能感现状的基础上,探讨高校辅导员自我效能感的提升路径,旨在解决高校辅导员面临的专业迷茫、职业发展前景模糊,职责多重、事务工作负担沉重,动能不足、制度建设有待完善等问题.

Abstract

Enhancing the self-efficacy of college counselors can help improve the stability and sustainability of their work,and promote their professional and professional development.On the basis of analyzing the current situation of self-efficacy of college counselors,this article explores the path to improving self-efficacy of college counselors,aiming to solve the difficulties faced by college counselors such as professional confusion,vague career development prospects,multiple responsibilities,heavy workload,insufficient motivation,and incomplete institutional construction.
