Research on School-based Training and Effect of New Teachers under the Background of Informatization——Take G College as an example
New teacher school-based training is one of the key tasks in the construction of school teaching staff.The evaluation of the effectiveness of new teacher school-based training is a test of the effectiveness of school-based training projects,which helps to improve the effectiveness and quality of training.The article analyzes the training effectiveness of the"student-centered"new teacher school-based training at G College through the"Kirkpatrick Four Level Evaluation Model",and finds that there are significant differences in the average scores of satisfaction,achievement,adaptation,and identification among new teachers of different age groups.Based on this,the article proposes improvement suggestions from the aspects of focusing on young and middle-aged teachers,keeping up with the times in training content,and continuously improving training evaluation,in order to promote the improvement of the effectiveness of school-based training for new teachers in universities.
