Exploration on the Construction of Teacher Ethics and Conduct Evaluation System in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era
This study focuses on the construction of an evaluation system from two key aspects:the evaluation subject and the evaluation indicators.It focuses on the entire process of a teacher's career,refines and decomposes work behaviors and requirements in different time dimensions,selects evaluation indicators based on hierarchical decomposition,and finally determines a total of 19 indicators in 7 aspects,covering all key work contents of teachers.At the same time,this study combines the current internal management situation of colleges and universities to form a promotable teacher ethics and style management system and platform,continuously improving the level of teacher ethics and style construction,optimizing the improvement path,and helping the teacher team of vocational colleges in the new era to continuously develop and advance.
