The implementation of the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China has laid a solid legal foundation for the construction of a modern vocational education system.In this context,the comprehensive quality,management ability,professional competence,and information literacy of administrative management personnel have been improved.The article takes health and hygiene vocational colleges as an example to sort out the new requirements for administrative management personnel under the background of vocational education reform,analyze the professional difficulties faced by administrative personnel,and propose basic paths for improving their abilities,in order to improve the efficiency of administrative management work and help health and hygiene vocational colleges accelerate their transformation,upgrading,and characteristic development.
