With the continuous development of the Chinese economy and the upgrading of industrial structure,the demand for high-quality technical and skilled talents is increasing day by day.Based on this,the article explores the significance,existing problems,and optimization paths of the teaching reform of medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational colleges based on the"job course competition certificate"education model,in order to provide theoretical and practical references for the teaching reform practice of medical laboratory technology major in higher vocational schools,and help promote the improvement of the quality and level of vocational education in China.
