Exploration of Vocational Career Education Practice from the Perspective of Localization
With the rapid development of the social economy,the role of vocational education in cultivating high skilled talents is increasingly prominent.The article first analyzes the theoretical basis of localized career education,pointing out that its core concept is to closely integrate international advanced experience with Chinese characteristics.Secondly,the article reveals the existing problems and challenges of vocational career education through in-depth analysis of its current situation.Finally,the article proposes four localized career education practice strategies aimed at enhancing students'professional competence and employment competitiveness,making higher vocational education closer to the actual needs of society,and better serving local economic and industry development.
