摘要

文章以山东省立第三医院2021年6月—2024年6月收治的116例心脏手术患者和30名麻醉科学生为研究对象,将其分为对照组和研究组,每组各58例患者、15名麻醉科学生.其中对照组采用常规心脏手术麻醉教学模式,研究组采用基于精准医学理念的心脏手术麻醉教学模式.通过比较两组学生在教学前、后心脏手术麻醉掌握能力评分,并调查学生对心脏手术麻醉教学的评价发现,基于精准医学理念的心脏手术麻醉教学模式,可明显地提升学生的心脏手术麻醉掌握能力和学生对心脏手术麻醉教学的满意度,该模式值得推广.

Abstract

The article takes 116 cardiac surgery patients and 30 anesthesia students admitted to Shandong Provincial Third Hospital from June 2021 to June 2024 as the research subjects.They are divided into a control group and a study group,with 58 patients and 15 anesthesia students in each group.The control group adopted the conventional cardiac surgery anesthesia teaching mode,while the research group adopted the cardiac surgery anesthesia teaching mode based on the concept of precision medicine.By comparing the scores of two groups of students'mastery of cardiac surgery anesthesia before and after teaching,and investigating students'evaluations of cardiac surgery anesthesia teaching,it was found that the cardiac surgery anesthesia teaching model based on the concept of precision medicine can significantly improve students'mastery of cardiac surgery anesthesia and their satisfaction with cardiac surgery anesthesia teaching.This model is worth promoting.
