As the cornerstone of educational quality,the construction of improvement mechanisms for teachers'teaching ability is crucial.This study relies on the theoretical framework of TPACK(Integrated Technology of Subject Teaching Knowledge)and conducts a carefully designed questionnaire survey to deeply analyze the current situation of TPACK ability among university teachers and the multidimensional influencing factors behind it.The research results show that personal factors,school support environment,and professional training system have a significant promoting effect on the development of teachers'TPACK ability.Currently,the TPACK ability of university teachers is generally at a medium level and urgently needs further optimization.Therefore,a series of targeted and operationally effective improvement strategies have been proposed.
