"三创"理念下高校人才培养体系的发展内涵与构建路径

新时代,高校在"三创"理念下构建人才培养体系的发展内涵在于大力推进建设创新型国家、显著推动文化观念的进步和助力"三创型"人才培养。现阶段,部分高校这项工作的推进还面临主体间发展理念不一致、多主体治理机制不协调、多主体联动对接不密切、教育内容及方法有待完善的困境。对此,必须着力强化融合思维,健全协同育人机制;改进需求对接,提升多主体协调性;明确教育目标,完善"三创"教育;完善政策环境,巩固制度保障基础。
The Development Connotation and Construction Path of Talent Cultivation System in Universities under the Concept of"Three Innovations"
In the new era,the development connotation of constructing a talent cultivation system under the concept of"three innovations"in universities lies in vigorously promoting the construction of an innovative country,significantly promoting the progress of cultural concepts,and assisting in the cultivation of"three innovations"talents.At present,the promotion of this work in some universities still faces the dilemma of inconsistent development concepts among subjects,uncoordinated governance mechanisms among multiple subjects,insufficient linkage and connection among multiple subjects,and the need to improve educational content and methods.In this regard,efforts must be made to strengthen integrated thinking and improve collaborative education mechanisms;Improve demand alignment and enhance coordination among multiple stakeholders;Clarify educational goals and improve the education of"three innovations";Improve the policy environment and consolidate the foundation of institutional safeguards.
