摘要

文章阐述了开放大学网络教学团队建设的内涵,包括其定义与特征、组成要素以及目标与任务,分析了开放大学网络教学团队建设面临的技术、人员和管理层面的挑战,并针对这些挑战提出了技术提升、人员管理和管理创新等方面的对策,以期为开放大学网络教学团队建设提供有益参考和借鉴.

Abstract

This article elaborates on the connotation of building an open university online teaching team,including its definition and characteristics,constituent elements,as well as goals and tasks.Analyzed the technical,personnel,and management challenges faced by the construction of open university online teaching teams.And propose countermeasures in terms of technological improvement,personnel management,and management innovation to address these challenges,in order to provide useful reference and inspiration for the construction of online teaching teams in open universities.
