Research on the Training Mode of Vocational Education School Enterprises under the Perspective of Production and Education Integration
With the rapid development of economy and the continuous progress of technology,the demand of enterprises for vocational skills talents is increasing day by day.The traditional talent training mode has been difficult to meet the diversified needs of modern industrial development.Based on the analysis of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration,this paper finds out the existing problems and puts forward corresponding solutions,so as to provide guidance for the optimization of the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in vocational education from the perspective of industry-education integration.
