Analysis of Simulation Teaching Effect in Critical Care Nursing Education
Simulation teaching,as an innovative teaching method,is increasingly being applied in critical care nursing education.This article analyzes the application effect of simulated teaching in critical care nursing education through a combination of literature review and empirical research.Research has found that simulated teaching can significantly improve students'clinical skills,critical thinking abilities,and teamwork skills,enhancing their confidence and professional identity.However,there are still problems in the implementation process,such as insufficient authenticity of simulated scenarios,lagging construction of teaching staff,and imperfect evaluation system.In response to these issues,the article proposes improvement strategies such as optimizing simulation scenario design,strengthening teacher training,and improving evaluation systems,in order to provide reference for further enhancing the effectiveness of critical care simulation teaching.
