Training Needs and Strategies for Male Preschool Teachers in Higher Vocational Education from the Perspective of Grounded Theory
Based on the perspective of grounded theory,this paper collects,sorts out and summarizes the ability cultivation needs of male preschool teachers in higher vocational preschool education majors through investigation and research;and further combines the author's actual work and study experience,from the attitude level,ontological level,practical level and development level,gives the ability cultivation paths of male preschool teachers in higher vocational preschool education majors from four perspectives of establishing identity,emphasizing curriculum coordination,optimizing skill training and emphasizing synergy.In order to provide reference for the design and optimization of relevant educational and teaching practices,and then respond to the call of male preschool teachers for cultivation.
