Exploring the Path to Improve the Teaching and Research Ability of Rural Teachers
As an important component of the education system,improving the quality of education and teaching in rural schools is crucial for enhancing the overall quality of compulsory education.The key to improving the level and quality of rural education lies in teachers,but currently there is a certain gap in the overall quality of rural teachers compared to urban teachers,and there are obvious shortcomings in teaching and research.Rural schools should attach importance to and enhance teachers'research abilities to ensure that they can promote teachers'growth and progress.Enhancing the teaching and research capabilities of rural teachers not only helps to improve the standards of rural education and enhance their professional abilities,but also meets the educational needs of rural schools and promotes equitable development of education.In view of this,the study explores the path to enhance the teaching and research abilities of primary school Chinese language teachers in rural areas,aiming to promote the development of educational equity and contribute to rural revitalization.
