The Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Enhancing Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers
In the context of educational informatization,digital literacy has become one of the indispensable qualities for vocational college teachers.At present,the problems that constrain the improvement of teachers'digital literacy include weak information awareness,insufficient training efforts,lack of digital facilities,and immature incentive systems.On this basis,vocational colleges should strengthen publicity and effectively enhance teachers'information awareness and innovative thinking,and strengthen their awareness of actively accepting,learning,and applying information skills;On the other hand,it is necessary to comprehensively adopt measures such as increasing teacher information skills training,improving campus information technology teaching facilities,and perfecting teacher performance evaluation and incentive mechanisms,in order to effectively build a composite teacher team with outstanding teaching abilities and strong digital literacy.
