Research on Personalized Teaching Methods for College Ideological and Political Education Based on Students'Psychological Needs
Starting from the current situation and challenges of ideological and political education in higher education,this article pays special attention to the diversity of students'psychological needs and the innovation of ideological and political education methods.The article first analyzes the psychological needs of college students in terms of thirst for knowledge,self-actualization,social needs,and emotional identification.Guided by these needs and training objectives,several personalized ideological and political education methods are proposed to better meet students'psychological needs and enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of ideological and political education.
