Strategies and Implementation for Cultivating Craftsmanship Spirit in Technical Vocational Education
The spirit of craftsmanship is one of the core competencies in technical vocational education,which is of great significance in enhancing students'vocational skills and professional qualities.The cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in current technical vocational education still faces many challenges,and there is an urgent need for systematic training strategies and implementation paths.Therefore,the article proposes the following strategies for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship:improving the curriculum system and strengthening practical teaching;Innovative teaching methods and emphasis on ability development;Building a platform for school enterprise cooperation and expanding training channels;Establish a sound evaluation mechanism and stimulate endogenous motivation.At the implementation level,it is recommended to start with institutional guarantees,teacher development,cultural influence,and other aspects to build a comprehensive and multi-level system for cultivating the spirit of craftsmanship.The research aims to provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for the education of craftsmanship spirit in technical vocational colleges.
