Practical Exploration of Combining Ideological and Political Education with Mental Health Education in Colleges and Universities
With the rapid development of society and the impact of multiculturalism,ideological and political education and mental health education in universities are facing new challenges and opportunities.In the new situation,it is necessary to combine ideological and political education with mental health education.By exploring the interrelationship between ideological and political education and mental health education,as well as the necessity and possibility of their integration,this paper comprehensively analyzes some difficulties in the current integration of the two.Based on the actual situation,specific integration models and paths are explored from four aspects:course content integration,teaching method innovation,teacher team co construction,and evaluation system optimization,so as to better integrate ideological and political education with mental health education,promote the comprehensive development of college students,enhance their ideological and political qualities and mental health level,and implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.
