Counselors and professional teachers are important entities in providing employment guidance for college students.The article explores the game relationship between counselors and professional teachers in the process of employment guidance through the establishment of an evolutionary game model,and explores the conditions for achieving stable evolutionary strategies for cooperation between the two parties.Based on this,a strategy for constructing a collaborative mechanism between counselors and professional teachers in employment guidance work is proposed,which is to implement the requirements of"three comprehensive education"and comprehensively improve students'quality;Reduce collaborative costs and unleash the potential for employment and education;Build a communication and exchange platform to establish a solid foundation for collaborative cooperation;Establish a sound incentive mechanism and strengthen the mission of collaborative education.
