随着全球经济的快速发展和中国经济结构的深刻变革,高职教育作为培养技术技能人才的重要渠道,面临着新的挑战与机遇.职业生涯规划作为提升学生职场竞争力的重要手段,其现有模式难以满足高职生的实际需求.文章首先分析了高职生职业生涯规划的现状,随后提出了本土化职业生涯规划创新模式的构建原则,最后探讨了本土化创新模式的实施路径,以期为高职生提供更加符合地域实际和职业市场需求的职业生涯规划服务,提升其职业能力和市场竞争力.
With the rapid development of the global economy and profound changes in China's economic structure,vocational education,as an important channel for cultivating technical and skilled talents,is facing new challenges and opportunities.Career planning,as an important means to enhance students'competitiveness in the workplace,is currently unable to meet the actual needs of vocational college students.This article first analyzes the current situation of career planning for vocational college students.Subsequently,the principles for constructing an innovative model of localized career planning were proposed.Finally,the implementation path of the localization innovation model was discussed.In order to provide vocational college students with career planning services that are more in line with regional realities and job market demands,in order to enhance their professional abilities and market competitiveness.
