数智化背景下高校"内驱型"人才培养创新探讨

数字技术的迅猛发展极大地冲击着教育发展格局,数字赋能教育已成为新时代教育改革的重要议题。文章从数字化、智能化赋能"内驱型"人才培养的逻辑起点出发,探析数智化背景下"内驱型"人才培养的新内涵、重要途径和技术基础的理论逻辑,提出数智化背景下高校"内驱型"人才培养的全过程"立体化导学+适度激励"模式、全过程"个性化学习+有效监督"模式和全过程"政府+高校+企业+平台"多方协同模式,并在此基础上提出高校"内驱型"人才培养的上升路径和循环路径,以激发学生的学习内驱力,促进学生自主学习并获得可持续发展能力和终身学习能力,不断提升高校人才培养质量。
Exploration of Innovative Talents Cultivation of"Intrinsic-Driven"in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Digital Intelligence
The rapid development of new-generation digital technologies has greatly impacted the landscape of educational development,and digital empowerment of education has become an important topic in the educational reform.Starting from the logical starting point of digital and intelligent empowerment for intrinsic-driven talents cultivation,this paper explores the new connotations,important pathways,and theoretical logic of the technical foundation for intrinsic-d riven talent cultivation under the background of digital intelligence.It proposes a full-process"three-dimensional guidance+appropriate incentive"model,a full-process"personalized learning+effective supervision"model,and a full-process"colleges+enterprises+platform collaboration"model for the cultivation of intrinsic-driven talents in colleges and universities under the background of digital intelligence.Based on this,the upward and cyclical pathways for internal-driven talent cultivation within universities are proposed,to explore talent training models that stimulate students'internal motivation to learn and enhance the quality of talent cultivation.
