摘要

新时代,国家在大力推动科技变革与创新的同时,也对具有多学科知识、综合能力、创新精神与实践能力的复合型人才提出了强烈需求.校企合作是高校培养复合型人才的有效途径,高校通过校企合作拓宽了育人途径,取得了一定的人才培养成就,但也面临一些困难和阻碍.文章深入分析了校企合作背景下高校复合型人才培养面临的现实困境及其成因,并提出校企合作培养复合型人才的创新举措.

Abstract

In the new era,while vigorously promoting technological change and innovation,the country has also put forward a strong demand for compound talents with multidisciplinary knowledge,comprehensive ability,innovative spirit,and practical ability.School enterprise cooperation is an effective way for universities to cultivate composite talents.Through school enterprise cooperation,universities have expanded new ways of educating talents and achieved certain achievements in talent cultivation,but also face some difficulties and obstacles.The article deeply analyzes the practical difficulties and causes faced by universities in cultivating composite talents under the background of school enterprise cooperation,and proposes innovative measures for cultivating composite talents through school enterprise cooperation.
