Countermeasures and Practice on Cultivating Innovative Ability of Vocational Undergraduate Students Majoring in TCM Pharmaceutical Specialty——Taking Guiyang Healthcare Vocational University as an example
In the current context of globalization and industrial technological upgrading,vocational undergraduate education has received increasing attention.Unlike traditional vocational education and regular undergraduate education,vocational undergraduate education focuses more on the cultivation of practical skills and innovative abilities,aiming to cultivate innovative skilled talents with practical operational abilities and adaptability to vocational needs.The article takes the Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmaceutical major at Guiyang Health and Wellness Vocational University as an example to analyze the current situation of cultivating innovative abilities among students in this major.Corresponding strategies are proposed from the aspects of professional culture,teaching mode,mentor team,practice base,and educational atmosphere,in order to help cultivate high-level skilled talents that meet the needs of social development.
