This article conducts a survey on the talent demand and evaluation in the five-star hotel industry,and re determines the training objectives of vocational hotel professionals,which are divided into seven objectives:one Chinese/English reception service,one reception cost and benefit utilization and analysis,one physical design and production,one product digital marketing plan analysis,one Chinese/English emergency handling,one professional exercise,and one sport and skill.Students complete the seven specified detailed objectives,which are to achieve the comprehensive training objectives.Refining the objectives has optimized the talent cultivation goals in terms of content and form,which is conducive to improving the connection between the talent cultivation of higher vocational hotel majors and hotel demand.
