导师与研究生命运共同体形成水平及优化路径研究

Research on the Formation Level and Optimization Path of a Community of Common Destiny between Supervisors and Graduate Students

导师与研究生命运共同体作为导生之间的新型关系,是实现研究生教育高质量目标的关键选择.文章将导师与研究生命运共同体架构为学术共同体、情感共同体、发展共同体、价值共同体,并构建相应的指标体系,然后运用熵值法测算导师与研究生命运共同体的形成水平,并剖析问题.研究发现,导师与研究生命运共同体的形成水平不高,存在学术共同体构建能力较弱、导生间情感淡漠、发展内驱动力不强、导师间价值认同不高等问题.最后,文章提出适时强化学术指导、采用感情渗透法的新型对话方式、共同营造导生共同发展氛围、提升导生双方的价值认同与责任履行等优化路径.
As a new type of relationship between mentors and graduate students,the community of shared destiny is a key choice for achieving high-quality goals in graduate education.The article constructs the community of shared destiny between mentors and graduate students into academic community,emotional community,development community,and value community,and constructs corresponding indicator systems.Then,the entropy method is used to measure the level of formation of the community of shared destiny between mentors and graduate students,and the problem is analyzed.Research has found that the level of formation of a community of shared destiny between mentors and graduate students is not high,and there are problems such as weak academic community building ability,indifferent emotions between mentors and students,weak internal driving force for development,and low value recognition among mentors.Finally,the article proposes optimization paths such as strengthening academic guidance in a timely manner,adopting a new dialogue method of emotional infiltration,jointly creating an atmosphere of mutual development between supervisors and students,and enhancing the value recognition and responsibility fulfillment of both supervisors and students.
