摘要

文章阐述在当今教育改革背景下师范生社会与情感能力培养的重要性,分析师范生社会与情感能力评价体系的现状,指出当前评价体系存在的问题,并提出重构师范生社会与情感能力评价体系的方法.方法包括构建多维度评价指标体系、采用多样化的评价方法和建立有效的反馈机制.文章还探讨了该体系的提升路径,如评价主体多元化拓展、评价环境情境化构建和评价周期全程化覆盖,以期为提升师范生的综合素质提供有益参考.

Abstract

The article elaborates on the importance of cultivating the social and emotional abilities of normal students in the context of current education reform,analyzes the current situation of the evaluation system for the social and emotional abilities of normal students,points out the problems existing in the current evaluation system,and proposes methods for reconstructing the evaluation system for the social and emotional abilities of normal students.The methods include constructing a multidimensional evaluation index system,adopting diverse evaluation methods,and establishing effective feedback mechanisms.The article also explores the improvement path of the system,such as diversified expansion of evaluation subjects,contextualized construction of evaluation environment,and full coverage of evaluation cycle.Hope to provide useful references for improving the comprehensive quality of teacher trainees.
