The current medical environment has changed,and the nursing industry is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Innovative thinking can help nurses find and analyze problems in their daily work,and it can also encourage them to explore new nursing methods and technologies,so as to improve the quality of nursing and better serve patients.Based on the definition of innovative thinking and the application value of innovative thinking in the nursing major of higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes the strategies for stimulating and cultivating the innovative thinking of nursing students in higher vocational colleges,and expounds the feasibility of the strategies with the examples of"Internal Medicine Nursing"and"Health Assessment",aiming at creating a learning environment conducive to the development of innovative thinking for nursing students of higher vocational colleges.Inject new vitality into the continuous progress of nursing industry.
