新工科背景下产学研协同创新人才培养机制研究——以生物工程专业为例

伴随着高等教育改革的不断深化和全面推进,新工科建设着眼于现代科技进步和社会发展的实际需求,致力于培养具有创新能力和跨学科思维的工程技术人才。文章针对新工科建设对生物工程专业人才培养提出的新要求,从培养目标和培养方案的制定、实践创新平台的构建、"双师双能型"教师队伍的构建、协同育人质量的持续评估等多个维度出发,提出了一系列改革措施,旨在探索产学研协同创新的人才培养路径,着力提高新时代工程技术人才的综合能力。
Research on the Talent Cultivation Mechanism of Industry-University-Research Collaborative Innovation under the Background of New Engineering——Taking the bioengineering major as an example
With the continuous deepening and comprehensive promotion of higher education reform,the construction of new engineering disciplines focuses on the practical needs of modern technological progress and social development,and is committed to cultivating engineering and technical talents with innovative abilities and interdisciplinary thinking.The article proposes a series of reform measures from multiple dimensions,including the formulation of training objectives and plans,the construction of practical innovation platforms,the construction of a"dual-qualified and dual-capable"teaching team,and the continuous evaluation of collaborative education quality,in response to the new requirements for the cultivation of biotechnology professionals in the construction of new engineering disciplines.The aim is to explore the talent cultivation path of industry university research collaborative innovation and focus on improving the comprehensive abilities of engineering and technical talents in the new era.
