市域产教联合体下智能制造专业群人才培养模式构建研究——以盐城工业职业技术学院为例

摘要
为深化产教融合,推动职业教育现代化,我国提出了构建市域产教联合体的战略.文章以智能制造专业群为例,详细阐述了市域产教联合体的内涵、市域产教联合体与智能制造专业群的互动关系,在分析当前智能制造专业群人才培养存在的问题的基础上,提出智能制造专业群人才培养模式的构建路径,旨在为我国智能制造专业群人才培养提供新的思路和启示.
Abstract
To deepen the integration of industry and education and promote the modernization of vocational education,China has proposed the strategy of building a city level industry education alliance.The article takes the intelligent manufacturing professional group as an example to elaborate on the connotation of the city wide industry education alliance,the interactive relationship between the city wide industry education alliance and the intelligent manufacturing professional group.Based on the analysis of the current problems in talent cultivation in the intelligent manufacturing professional group,the article proposes a construction path for the talent cultivation model of the intelligent manufacturing professional group,aiming to provide new ideas and inspirations for talent cultivation in China's intelligent manufacturing professional group.
