As a fundamental medical course,vocational pathology bears the responsibility of cultivating skilled medical talents.However,traditional teaching methods have many limitations in theoretical teaching,practical operation,and evaluation methods,which are difficult to meet the needs of modern medical education for cultivating students'comprehensive abilities.Therefore,exploring the reform of diversified teaching methods is of great significance.This article analyzes the problems in the current teaching methods of pathology in higher vocational education,and proposes reform ideas such as introducing flipped classroom,case teaching,virtual simulation experiments,and diversified evaluation systems,aiming to enhance students'active learning ability,practical operation level,and clinical thinking ability,and provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for cultivating comprehensive talents with more vocational adaptability in higher vocational education.
