Investigation and Study on the Professional Development Status of After-Service Science Teachers in Primary Schools
The study used a questionnaire survey method to investigate the current professional development status of in-service primary school science teachers.It was found that the professionalization of the domestic in-service primary school science teacher team needs to be strengthened,and the professional competence of teachers needs to be further improved;There is a lack of scientific teaching resources,and the professional development needs of teachers need to be further met.The training system for teachers needs to be improved.It is suggested to strengthen the professional construction of the post service primary school science teacher team,enhance the professional competence and ability of teachers;Allocate high-quality scientific teaching resources,build a platform to promote the professional development of teachers,and establish a systematic training system for in-service primary school science teachers.
