科技服务业投入与产出要素影响关系的实证研究——以西安为例

摘要
在界定科技服务业的投入要素和产出要素的基础上,以西安市为例对科技服务业投入要素与产出要素的影响关系进行了实证研究.研究结果表明,科研项目完成数显著影响科技论著发表数、专利授权数、科技服务业增加值,是影响科技产出的共性因素;科技活动人员数显著影响专利授权数和科技服务业增加值,但对科技论著发表数影响不显著;而上年R&D经费支出数只对科技服务业增加值有显著影响,对其他产出要素无显著影响.
Abstract
Mter defining the input factors and output factors of S&T service industry,the paper analyzes the influencing relationship between input factors and output factors by the way of taking Xi'an as an example.The empirical research concludes that the number of achieved scientific research projects is the common influencing factor for the three output variables,the number of staff of scientific and technological activities affects the added value of S&T service industry and the number of patents licensing but the number of published papers of science and technology.The expenditure of R&D of previous year only influences the added value of S&T service industry obviously,but has no obvious effect on the number of published papers of science and technology and the number of patents licensing.
