区域创新与经济发展时空耦合协调分析——以陕西省为例

探讨区域创新与经济发展的耦合作用机理,构建区域创新与经济发展综合评价指标体系,运用综合评价模型和耦合协调度模型,分析陕西省10个地级市的区域创新水平、经济发展水平及二者的耦合协调发展状况.结果表明,2009-2014年,西安区域创新与经济发展水平均处于陕西省首位,其他地市区域创新与经济发展水平较西安有较大的差距,且区域创新水平落后于经济发展水平;陕西省区域创新与经济发展整体耦合处于磨合阶段,耦合协调水平为中度协调耦合,区域差异明显;陕西省区域创新与经济发展耦合协调发展由2009年的“一极两强”空间格局发展为2014年的“一极多强”空间格局,区域创新与经济发展之间的相互作用强度增强.在经济社会新常态下,推动创新驱动战略,转变经济发展方式是陕西省经济发展的必由之路.
Spatial-Temporal Coupling Development between Regional Innovation and Economic Development——A Case Study of Shaanxi Province
This paper analyzes the coupling mechanism of regional innovation and economic development,establishes the comprehensive evaluation index system of regional innovation and economic development,analyzes the regional innovation level of 10 cities in Shaanxi Province using the comprehensive evaluation model and the coupling model.We found that the level of regional innovation and economic development in Xi'an is much higher than other cities in Shaanxi Province;the coupling coordination degree for moderate coordination coupling has obvious regional differences in Shaanxi Province;regional innovation and economic development coupled coordinated development has progressed from the "a two strong" space development pattern in 2009 to the "several strong" spatial pattern in 2014;a pole situation has not changed and the interaction between regional innovation and economic development is increasing.Innovation and the transformation of economic development of the way to Shaanxi is very important.
