乙烯行业低碳管理评价指标体系构建及分析

石油化工产业不仅是我国国民经济发展的重要支柱产业,更是我国碳排放重点监控的产业之一。以作为一国石油化工产业发展水平重要标志的乙烯行业为代表,尝试构建一个多层次低碳综合评价指标体系,将VIKOR算法与改进的灰色关联度算法相结合形成VIKOR-灰色关联度综合评价模型;并以某A乙烯企业为例进行实证分析,评价其低碳管理效果;最后,针对乙烯行业企业的低碳管理现状提出相关改进建议。
Construction and Analysis on Evaluation Index System of Low Carbon Management in Ethylene Industry
The petrochemical industry is not only a pillar industry in Chinese national economic development,but also plays a key role in monitoring carbon emission in China.Ethylene industry,as an important symbol of the development level of petrochermcal industry,is of great importance to the low carbon management index system of the whole chemical industry.Based on this idea,this paper attempts to develop a multi-level low-carbon comprehensive evaluation index system,and combines the VIKOR algorithm with the improved gray relational algorithm to form a comprehensive evaluation model of VIKOR-gray correlation degree.We also select enterprise A as a case study on the proposed index system.Finally,the paper gives some suggestions on improving low-carbon management among ethylene industries.
