This study focuses on T University as a case study and employs the Kano model to analyze the actual needs of teaching and research personnel as well as students for the development of experimental technology teachers.Based on T University's overall development goals and needs-oriented approach,a scientifically sound performance evaluation index system is constructed.Additionally,drawing on the DEA theory,a robust BCC evaluation model is developed to quantitatively analyze performance,and relevant recommendations for performance optimization are proposed.
