Research on Performance Evaluation Method of Experimental Technical Team in Colleges and Universities Based on DEA Theory

以T高校为研究对象,通过Kano模型分析教学科研人员及学生群体对实验技术队伍发展的实际需求,围绕T高校整体发展目标并以需求为导向构建实验技术队伍绩效评价指标体系,基于DEA理论,建立科学有效的BCC评价模型,在定量分析后提出相关绩效优化建议.
This study focuses on T University as a case study and employs the Kano model to analyze the actual needs of teaching and research personnel as well as students for the development of experimental technology teachers.Based on T University's overall development goals and needs-oriented approach,a scientifically sound performance evaluation index system is constructed.Additionally,drawing on the DEA theory,a robust BCC evaluation model is developed to quantitatively analyze performance,and relevant recommendations for performance optimization are proposed.
