Research on the Dynamic Simulation of Driving Factors of Innovation Performance of New R&D Institutions
Based on the system dynamics method,this paper clarifies the coupling effect and feedback relationship between elements in the innovation process of new R&D institutions,maps out three subsystems of talent agglomeration,technological innovation and achievements transformation,and constructs a dynamic model of innovation system of new research and development institutions.This paper further selects the new R&D institutions in Nanjing,Jiangsu Province from 2018 to 2021 as the sample,and analyzes the changing influence effects and evolution rules of the driving factors of innovation performance of new R&D institutions through the Vensim software.The result shows that R&D capital investment,R&D personnel quality and scientific research autonomy have a more significant role in promoting the achievements output of scientific and technological of new R&D institutions,and the distribution of talent income has a more significant role in promoting the total innovation income of new R&D institutions.The level of network relationship and the matching coefficient of market demand can promote both the achievements output of scientific and technological and the total innovation income of new R&D institutions.Finally,this research puts forward suggestions for promoting the good operation and high-quality development of new R&D institutions from the R&D investment,talent team building,incentive mechanism,foreign cooperation and exchange and market mechanism and other aspects.
