管理者数字素养对中小企业数字化转型的影响机制

摘要
基于高阶梯队理论,采用我国2023年首批280家创新型中小企业的样本数据,以问卷调查法分析管理者数字素养对中小企业数字化转型的影响及其作用机制并进行效度检验与结构方程模型检验.研究结果表明,管理者数字素养通过提升企业学习吸收能力和促进企业人力资本升级的双重机制推动中小企业数字化转型;女性管理者和地方政策感知正向调节了管理者数字素养与中小企业人力资本升级、学习吸收能力之间的关系.由此提出可通过加强管理者数字技能培训,组建性别多样性高管团队以及完善政策扶持体系来推进中小企业数字化转型等相关政策建议.
Abstract
Based on the upper echelon theory,this paper uses the sample data of the first batch of 280 innovative SMEs in 2023 to analyze the impact of managers'digital literacy on the digital transformation of SMEs and its mechanism by questionnaire survey,and conducts validity test and structural equation model test.The results show that managers'digital literacy promotes the digital transformation of SMEs through the dual mechanism of improving enterprises'learning and absorption capacity and promoting enterprises'human capital upgrading,while the direct impact of managers'digital literacy on the digital transformation of SMEs is not significant.Manager gender and local policy perception moderate the relationship between managers'digital literacy and human capital upgrading and learning absorptive capacity in SMEs.Therefore,the digital transformation of SMEs can be promoted by strengthening the training of managers'digital skills,establishing gender-diverse executive teams and improving the policy support system.
