高管团队非正式网络与企业绿色创新——基于任务断裂带和ESG的调节作用

基于社会网络理论和社会认同理论,以A股1261家制造业上市公司2017-2021年的面板数据为样本,探讨高管团队非正式网络联结对企业绿色创新的影响,并引入高管任务断裂带以及企业的环境、社会和治理(ESG)表现作为调节变量,进一步剖析二者与高管团队非正式网络的交互作用.研究发现,高管团队非正式网络联结对企业绿色创新有积极促进作用,企业的环境、社会和治理、任务断裂带正向调节高管团队非正式网络联结与绿色创新的关系.研究结果丰富了团队非正式网络对企业绿色创新的情境机制,将绿色创新领域的研究从单一属性异质性和团队正式制度角度拓展至多属性下的非正式网络,为解释企业绿色创新提供了新的理论视角.
Executive Team Informal Network Connection and Corporate Green Innovation:Based on the Moderating Role of Top Management Team Task Faultline and ESG
Based on the social network theory and social identity theory,this paper takes the 2017-2021 panel data of 1261 A-share listed manufacturing companies as samples to explore the impact of informal network connection of top management team(TMT)on corporate green innovation,and introduces the task top management team faultline and corporate environmental,social and governance(ESG)performance as moderating variables.The interaction between the two and the informal network of top management team is further analyzed.The results show that the informal network connection of top management team has a positive role in promoting the green innovation of enterprises.The environmental,social and governance(ESG)performance of enterprises and task top management team faultline positively regulate the relationship between the informal network connection of top management team and green innovation.The research results enrich the situational mechanism of team informal network on corporate green innovation,expand the research in the field of green innovation from the perspective of single attribute heterogeneity and team formal system to expand the informal network under multiple attributes,and provide a new theoretical perspective for explaining corporate green innovation.
