Analysis of Factors Affecting the Smart Construction Sites Development Based on TOE-UTAUT
Smart construction sites provide accurate engineering model design for construction projects by using information technology and visualization platforms,it is beneficial for efficient collaborative work and optimized production through intelligent management and supervision. However, the popularity and intelligence of current smart construction sites are low,and they are not actually operational. To this end,the combination model of technology-organization-environment(TOE)and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology(UTAUT),combined with the programming method of grounded theory,is used to identify the influencing factors of smart construction sites development based on literature data, policy texts and interview texts. While adopting the DEMATEL-ISM method, the hierarchical relationship between influencing factors is studied, the influence degree of each factor is explored, and its structure is made hierarchical. The results show that the organizational adoption factors such as core technology maturity,on-site software and hardware facilities,production-demand matching and intelligent management of materials and equipment directly affect the development of smart construction sites, while the strategic goal planning and personnel specialization of smart construction are the fundamental reasons, among which the degree of personnel specialization has the greatest impact.Based on this, the relevant government departments should map out strategic objectives and strategic plans that are appropriate for the development of smart construction sites, and improve the professional quality of staff through the promotion of professional certification.
