The Influence of Digital and Intelligent Transformation of Productive Service on Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity:And on the Moderating Effect of Government Environmental Governance
In order to promote the modernization of agriculture and rural areas,it is urgent to take the opportunity for producer service industry to transform the traditional agricultural production mode in an all-round way and improve the comprehensive agricultural production capacity.On the basis of theoretical exposition of the internal mechanism of agricultural productive service digitalization and intelligent transformation affecting agricultural green total factor productivity(AGTFP),this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system of agricultural productive service digitalization and intelligent transformation including financial service,scientific and technological information service,and business circulation service,and empirically tests the panel data of 29 provinces in China from 2014 to 2020 through a regression model.The results show that digitalization and intelligent transformation of productive service has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of AGTFP.Specifically,the influence of financial services and business circulation services on AGTFP is effective in the current period,while scientific and technological information services have maintained a significant promoting effect on AGTFP for a long period of time.There is an obvious regional heterogeneity in the promoting impact on AGTFP by agricultural productive service digitalization and intelligent transformation,with the main grain producing area,the balanced grain production and marketing area,and the main grain marketing area being ranked in descending order.Government environmental governance strengthens the influence of agricultural production service digitalization and intelligent transformation on AGTFP.Based on this,China should push aggressively the transformation of agricultural production mode through modem information technology,and build a long-term growth mechanism that is based on scientific and technological information services,led by financial services and commercial circulation services,to accelerate agricultural green total factor productivity development.
