Study on the Selection of Multi-stage Governance Mechanism for Core Enterprise Innovation Ecosystem
Based on the theory of innovation ecosystem and the theory of cross-organizational governance,this paper constructs the evolution model of the operation state of the enterprise innovation ecosystem,and uses the multi-agent simulation method to explore the influence of different governance mechanisms on the operating state of the enterprise innovation ecosystem in different stages,so as to reveal the optimal governance mechanism of the innovation ecosystem in different stages,and verifies it with cases studies.The results indicate:In the birth-expansion stage of the innovation ecosystem,the optimal governance mechanisms should be contract governance while relationship governance and equity governance are supplementary options;In the authority stage,the optimal governance mechanisms should be relationship governance while contract governance and equity governance are supplementary options;In the regeneration stage,the optimal governance mechanisms should be equity governance while contract governance and relationship governance are supplementary options.
