Challenges and Suggestions Facing the Innovation and Development of Quantum Information Technology in China:Analysis Based on the Comparative Perspective of China and the United States
Quantum information technology is the key frontier field of international scientific and technological competition at present and even in the future,and it is a strategic subversive technology related to national security.A series of initiatives carried out by the United States are worth learning and drawing lessons from.The main measures include strengthening the national top-level strategic planning,establishing a scientific and efficient organization and operation system,cultivating innovative and technology-leading enterprises,attaching importance to the whole society's quantum science popularization and early education,absorbing global capital,and strengthening the construction of quantum ecology.At present,China's three major fields of quantum science and technology have achieved remarkable results,showing their own development characteristics.At the same time,it also faces a series of challenges and difficulties.China needs to accurately grasp the trend of quantum information technology,combine its own industrial development needs and resource endowments,make top-level planning,efficiently organize implementation,build a quantum information technology innovation ecology,form a quantum information technology innovation development path with Chinese characteristics,create a global quantum information innovation highland,and benefit global science and technology development.
